I washed the zucchini, cut off the end of a knife, carefully cut into thin slices. I do not recommend scraper, slices are too thin and you would create more noodles. I salted the slices, spiced and a teaspoon of olive oil restovala. Meanwhile, I mixed cottage cheese with cream cheese / goat cheese, lemon juice, torn mint leaves, chopped almonds with salt and pepper. Then I just roll buttering mixture and carefully rolled up.
