I had nasyslenou nice supply of sweet potatoes, which had called for processing. In this heat but not much flavor to a variety of Sweet Potatoes fries, porridge, pancakes and other rich and warm dishes. If I could make ice cream, why not just smoothie?
Smoothie it really do almost everything. Not only from the obligatory strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries ... but also beets, carrots, avocados, cantaloupe, spinach, pumpkins, cucumbers or just sweet potatoes :-)
To bolster smoothie still a class above, I used homemade hazelnut milk. Even if it seems tedious, the opposite is true. The production is a matter of a few minutes. Just soak the nuts in the evening and then just over five minutes to replace water and puree, strain, or flavored milk and you have a plant, plus financially more affordable than store-bought.
Sweet Potatoes with homemade smoothie with milk lískooříškovým
Hazelnut milk
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1 teaspoon honey
Smoothie
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1/2-3/4 cup hazelnut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- a few ice cubes
- hazelnuts
I started preparing milk. During the night I soaked a cup of hazelnut in the water.The next day I gave it a sweet potato bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.Meanwhile, I finished the milk. Water've fused nuts and spilled over three cups of filtered water and thoroughly blender. Dochutila I teaspoon of honey and a little more mixed. I finally strained through a clean diaper. So far I have finished cooking potatoes that I simply popped from the skins and blender with milk, cinnamon and a few cubes of ice. Depending on how thick you want a smoothie, can be diluted with water or other milk. Finally, I sprinkled with hazelnuts and done :-)
