Potato salad with smoked salmon and horseradish cream cheese

When you say potato salad, most Czechs will think that the Christmas carp. It is a pity, potato salad need not be heavy, full of mayonnaise. There are countless variations with oil or yoghurt dressing, lots of vegetables, herbs and other interesting materials with which we would certainly not linked potato salad.




The combination of smoked salmon with dill and horseradish cream cheese říznutým is perfect, even if it a bit traditional. I was inspired by my favorite Jamie Oliver, who adds capers that but I do not, so I just missed. Likewise, I did not pick the crème freiche but curd dish that was not too heavy.

  • about 300 g new potatoes
