Chickpea-peanut-chocolate cookies

At this tin box I have fond memories. I brought it from a memorable holiday in southern France. I have a dream that one day I will take her to our house, gets pride of place in the kitchen and always will be full of home-baked cookies. I will give men and guests to coffee, kids when they beg for candy ... but enough fairy tales come back to earth.

For the first time I baked something into it, and it'll be good for five years. Such honors are given chickpea-peanut-chocolate cookies. Their preparation is ridiculously simple. Only zdržovačkou is dipping and subsequent cooking chickpeas. But as I say always, I'd rather sacrifice the time before reaching for a can that is not so healthy and pretty expensive to you. Then it's a nice quickie, half an hour of work, including cooking.

The taste reminds me very chickpea blondies, still to no, you are passing more than similar. Cookies are but one advantage. Much more convenient to pack them as a snack on the way or just zobnete as MLS when you will pursue pleasures.

Chickpea-peanut-chocolate cookies (18 pcs)

  • 100 g chickpeas dry
  • 2 tablespoons syrup agávového
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 20 g dark chocolate *

I chickpeas soaked overnight. Then I fused water and cook in the new water until soft.Again, I strained a blender with agávovým syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract and baking powder. In conclusion, I hacked the chocolate into small pieces and gently incorporate. My hands shaped smaller balls. This amount came to me 18 pieces. I baked in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
