Apricot scones with tarragon

I hope that this contribution will comfort one Reader, which wanted to consult with the harvest of apricots :-) I promised her something sweet this week, so here it is :-)





However, you can use a lot of other fruit recipes and confuse it, you need to just consume. Apricots will be definitely a great fit into muffins , kramblu , soufflés without flour , cheese-polentového cakes , strudel , tofu dumplings , you will be tomorrow at lunch, yummy ...



I love the combination of sweet desserts fruit and herbs. That's how I combinestrawberries with basil , apricots, thyme , strawberries and rosemary . This time I have incorporated in our less used tarragon ...






Apricot scones with tarragon
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup celozr. Wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 6 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons syrup agávového
  • 1/2 cup of acid. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 small apricots
  • bunch tarragon

In a bowl, I mixed minced almonds, oatmeal, wheat flour, baking powder, soda and a pinch of salt. I added A hot coconut oil, Agave syrup in acidophilous milk whisked eggs and I compiled the test. Finally, I incorporate into small pieces chopped apricots and tarragon. I interpreted sheet with baking paper, I shifted the dough on it and hands uplácala in thicker pancakes, which I have divided into 8 triangles. I baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
