Cold cucumber-avocado soup

In the summer I would soups calmly lifted. In fact, even in winter, unless you count a thick cream, but I consider that a full meal, and without which not even a harsh and cold season can not imagine.





Exceptions are granted cold soups. I tasted it for the first time last year. And not just because of me screaming from all sides. Actually, I was convinced that I do not like it. And as it happens ... we should not be afraid of prejudices and new flavors.So I really enjoyed the zucchini-basil with walnuts and this year should be on the cucumber-avocado ...



Cold cucumber-avocado soup (2 servings)

  • 1 cucumber hadovka, if necessary. 4 small field cucumbers
  • 1 avocado
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • about 1/2 cup water
  • a few mint leaves
  • bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper



I washed the cucumber and cut into smaller pieces. Avocados I dug. Together with lime juice, yogurt, water, parts of the herbs, salt and pepper blender blender rod. I tasted and even if dochutila. I gave it rest in the fridge. Then I split portions into bowls and the rest of the models were complete with herbs. You can even add some wheels cucumbers.
