Especially at home we took to a combination of peanut butter and soy sauce. The first time I tasted it with noodles , then with the spring rolls . Both recipes are amazing, so if you did not take chicken skewers or simply do not eat meat, but want to try a similar sauce, go into these recipes are really great.
Skewers are a great match for grilling, although I did boring in the oven. I was surprised, as were smooth, no Sušinka, as sometimes chicken breast will. Like I calmly adjusted tofu.
Chicken skewers with satay sauce

Satay Sauce
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- piece of chilli peppers
- ½ clove of garlic
- piece of fresh ginger
- pinch of ground coriander
- lime
- 3 tablespoons water
Meat I washed and dried them. Cut into thin strips. Just lightly salted the, because soy sauce is salty enough. Napichovala I skewers zig zag to create ripples, as shown in the picture.
For the sauce I used blender peanut butter with soy sauce, chopped chilli peppers, garlic, ginger, coriander, water, juice and zest of lime. Half of the sauce I put aside, I used it to feed.
The second half of the sauce, I thoroughly rubbed the meat and gave it rest in the fridge. Then I baked in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
I served the rest of the sauce. As a side dish you can choose such as noodles, you can add roasted spring onion, a drop of soy sauce, lime juice, sesame seeds and cashew nuts.
